Hello,Thank you for showing interest in Windows 10.As per the issue description you are facing issue while running the app Star Stable Online after upgrading to Windows 10. The issue could be if the upgrade was not done properly or some updates need to be updated. As you are facing issue while using app then I would suggest you toand see if it helps you to fix the issue. If issue persists, I would suggest you to refer the thread mentioned below and see if it brings any difference. The issue could also be related to the Display drivers and other updates. I want to inform you that updates will be released by Microsoft.
So, I would suggest you to keep checking your Windows updates not only importantone but optional too. If any available try to install them and see if it helps you to fix the issue.First try to install all of the Windows updates available and if issue persists, try to update the Display drivers by following the steps provided in the article mentioned below. If issue still persists, then install the drivers for Windows 8/8.1 from the manufacturer's website in compatibility mode and check if that works.Make older programs compatible with this version of WindowsReference:Hope this would help. Unfortunately entire advice from Ramesh will not work at all for hundred of thousands users. The problem is related to graphic card, that has wrong drivers that windows 10 is using. Those general drivers do not support fully the graphic card, and cripple the functionality of the card. Advice about updating the drivers from producent of the graphic cards will not work either, as in many cases this will be impossible, due to the factthat producent refuses to make new drivers that will work with windows 10.This will be case if your pc has integrated graphic card, for example from Intel, like Mobile Intel 4 series etc. This is a good example of producent abandoning its product and forcing users to 'move' (as in buying new product) for 'newer' solution.Ramesh article even suggesting to run old program in compatibility mode. Well clearly author has no idea about the program that user is talking about.
Unfortunately (or not) game Starstables is not old. And is updated frequently. Trying to run in compatibilitymode will not fix the problem.Perhaps Ramesh advice will be useful only for those users who are having relatively new hardware that wasn't abandon by both, drivers producers and windows 10.In fact, many users of different games will be affected by such practice. The only fix to the problem is to reverse and downgrade OS to windows 7, and make sure that will never ever be updated to windows 10.It is terrible shame, that good device cannot be use and life of the device prolonged. The only way to achieve this is simply by not upgrading to windows 10.
If some how you got upgrade, then you have to revers the upgrade and roll back to windows 7 (orwhatever work before) as quickly as possible. My daughter is of the age where she would love to play Star Stable. When we go to install the game onto my windows 10 systems, the game insists on installing Direct X 9.
Um, I'm not wanting to do that as I'm not sure if my entire house would implode tryingto write over Direct X 12 with vs. 9.But it's not a joke to her. She really wants to play and all I get from Star Stable is, 'We are aware that Star Stable encounters some problems with Windows 10 and we are working on it.'
In the meantime, my daughter asks me every ten minutes if I've written the letter to Star Stable, or have I bought a new computer that will work, or- well, you get the picture.I'm aware of most of the problems others are having with Windows 10, like losing their files, trouble with skype and logitech cameras, blah blah blah. But in my case, I believe the problem is on Star Stable's side of the house. Am I mistaken? Perhapsit's some glitch with Win 10?Please! Somebody encourage Bill Gates to get it fixed and keep my daughter happy, because I'm about to go insane. No, there is no other substitute.

It's Star Stable, or I'm a rotten father.Thanks all.
